Section 35
Scope of the case
After the investigation of the offense under this Act is completed, the investigation officer shall send the matter to the relevant public prosecutor for a decision whether or not to proceed with the case, and if the decision is made by the public prosecutor to proceed with the case, the investigation officer shall file the case.
